Aaron Bartz primarily handles class and representative actions, and single plaintiff matters involving Wage and Hour, Discrimination, Harassment, Disability, and related matters.  Mr. Bartz also represents clients in consumer class actions, involving the False Advertising Law, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition, as well as claims involving Covenants Not to Compete, Trade Secrets, and Breach of Contract.  Mr. Bartz has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict, and obtained significant arbitration awards for his clients.

Mr. Bartz received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Vanderbilt University, and his Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School, where he was on the Dean's List, and was a member of Law Review.
